Laravel, I'd like you to meet my good friend Turbo

I've been playing around with the PHP framework, Laravel, and looking at how to use it with Turbo, Turbo Native, and Strada.

I will be giving a full talk for the PHP community that includes explanations of Turbo, Turbo Native, and Strada, as well as a comparison between Turbo and Livewire.

It would be simple enough for me to modify the talk to fit a Ruby audience, and I could set the length based on the other talks that will be given on that day. For example, if this were a full talk, I could discuss what Laravel is, the similarities to Rails, and dig a bit into the line between Turbo Native and Strada. If it were to be a lightning talk, we could skip most of the background and just do a walkthrough.
