extended colour codes possibly broken in 1.0.3 test build

in 1.0.3 extended colour codes do not change the letters colour instead the colour code is printed along with the word you are trying to change the colours for, the base first 10 colours work , i'm not sure how many of the entire 32 colour codes it errors on but / and = don't work for sure, this is on the windows 64bit build i haven't checked aany of the other builds as yet.
