g_log seems broken

g_log doesn't seem to do anything, I have this set but i cannot find the log anywhere, the only log i can find is rtcwconsole.log that is put into documents/rtcwcoop/coopmain, the problem with this is i can't find any way to edit this so if i have more than 1 server they will all attempt to write to the same file as i cannot use a different log name for each server.
