Error " Problem running 'compare' : serevr error "

Hi ,
I am getting below error .

Problem running compare
server error
Found no changes to accept

Can you please help in resolving the same .

This error is from the rtc server. I cant help here.
Maybe its because the server is under heavy load or the compare command takes too long.

ok thanks for your response but I am getting this issue for only one RTC stream not for other

How you mean that just for one stream?

Are you sure you running the correct scm version?
Do you have the full log?

This error can be scm error however this is definitely not load issue .As I am able to run other RTC stream copy at same time from same server . This issue is specific to one RTC stream . I am not aware of the scenario when this error is thrown so looking for your suggestion
