wish: rsnapshot-diff and some 'excludes' option

hey Folks,

When rsnapshot runs, it dumps lots of /mrtg/ files as being different .. but we KNOW it's different. I'd love to be able to skip reporting on some trees and files (a la rsync --exclude syntax ideally!) as being changed because I'd like to focus on the non-routine stuff.

That'd be neat-o but it's of course not a bug.

Argh. It looks like the cwd around https://github.com/rsnapshot/rsnapshot/blob/master/rsnapshot-diff.pl#L178 makes a full pathname excludes challenging. It's way beyond my laughably bad perl skills for sure.
