Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Python 3.12 is making the buffer protocol accessible in Python (https://docs.python.org/3.12/whatsnew/3.12.html#pep-688-making-the-buffer-protocol-accessible-in-python). Rpy2 should use it for R arrays.

Cleaner buffer protocol implementation.

Describe alternatives you've considered
The current implementation is an alternative to the absence of buffer protocol accessible from Python.
