Problem Definition

At the time of writing, for rotki's addresses we got: 206336.94 (https://thegraph.com/explorer/profile/0x9f219c3d048967990f675f49c1117b0598331408?view=Overview&chain=arbitrum-one) + 40525.39 (https://thegraph.com/explorer/profile/0x9531c059098e3d194ff87febb587ab07b30b1306?view=Delegating&chain=arbitrum-one) = 246862.33

1.33.0 now detects 166666.67 GRT.

Something is very wrong there
