How to reproduce the issue

> ros list versions
candidates for ros list versions [impl] are:

abcl-bin
... (ommited)
sly

> ros list versions sly
Installable versions for sly:
Unhandled UNDEFINED-FUNCTION in thread #<SB-THREAD:THREAD "main thread" RUNNING
                                          {7006D90003}>:
  The function ROSWELL.INSTALL.SLY::SLY-LIST is undefined.

Expected behavior

Should output something, e.g. like ros list versions slime

Actual result

see above, exception.
Indeed the function sly-list is undefined, it could probably be written like slime-list.
