Container doesn't upgrade to newest version

My Container doesn't want to upgrade to the latest (13.3) Version of OpenTTD and instead stays at 13.1.
It doesn't matter if I use the latest/stable or testing tag.
I thought it would upgrade at least in some 24h windows.

Reason: GH Actions needs to be run, I'm making a fork temporarly...

Hi there, thanks for alerting me to this - @Sheorath's comment eluded my inbox. I've re-enabled the workflow, it should run overnight tonight (in a few hours) - will need to find a more permanent solution in due course.

I'll probably end up moving this repo out of ropenttd as I resigned my position there a few months ago - TBD though, my life's a bit of a trash fire at the moment!
