want to re-load Cscope database when open every file #16

I want to reload the Cscope database when open every file ,
not just init it one time, add change like this :

+augroup autoload_cscope

au!
au BufEnter * call Cycle_csdb()
au BufUnload * call Unload_csdb()
+augroup END
