look out the error with ril.mk
/home/ubuntu/android/lineage/out/build-lineage_aio_row.ninja is missing, regenerating...

I have not adapted compatibility to updated lineage source.. as I don't have the device anymore it would be hard..
btw for this issue just commend out the line #4 in board/ril.mk
