Add Missing Waveshare Displays

Comparing the implemented displays list with the available displays in the Waveshare repo shows a few missing. Below is a list of the missing files and links to their product pages. Just a cusory glance at a few of the files show that adding them the current Waveshare abastraction should be fairly straightforward.
