Help with logfile (date e time) after change O.S and Browser language.

I Dont know if here is a good place to get support, feel free do archive this question if i am wrong.

I want to know how to fix a Thing with my logfile name.
I recently update my O.S and change my language.
after upgrade my Ubuntu from 16 to 20, i have decided to use in English Language.

My logfile name was like:
whatsapp-monitor_2021-12-08&&21_09_41.csv
and today is like:
whatsapp-monitor_2021-12-27&&8_36_57 PM.csv

I want to find where i remove this time format.

Basically, my problem is change 8_36_57 PM to 20_36_57.

Can Someone help me ?

In next update I will try add option to user can choose time format.
