line comment issue

still cant toggle comment in web source code (.php) with crtl+q or via menu

Please provide corresponding PHP code which does not work .

on windows 11.
Open any php script file, block some lines and then press ctrl+q.
The result is the lines can't stream commented. and after that, the blocked text will following cursor anywhere i click.
Its keep like that until i close and reopen file.
