There is a hardcoded resolution in ffmpeg_options. It causes unnecessary confusion, sometimes pops out without reason and I don't see any reason why it's there.

Is it really necessary?

I think if we do a full point to upgrade the gem since it could potentially break stuff for people we can remove it.
