Hi, @mithunsridharan I am unable to understand the value prop here for this particular request. Please explain your thought process behind this requirement.

The idea is to main compatibility with existing document converters, such as Pandoc. In the future, this feature, when exposed through an API, could also help applicants directly populate Applicant Tracking Systems without needing to manually enter their details.
