Update Monolog library to version 3.0

Hi there,

I would like to request an update for the Monolog library to version 3.0 . The project is built on Laravel 10 and requires Monolog 3.0.

There seems to be an issue with the current version of Monolog. Specifically, when trying to update the root composer.json file, I encountered the following error message:

"Problem 1 - Root composer.json requires restcord/restcord dev-develop -> satisfiable by restcord/restcord[dev-develop]. - restcord/restcord dev-develop requires monolog/monolog ^1.22|^2.0 -> found monolog/monolog[1.22.0, ..., 1.x-dev, 2.0.0-beta1, ..., 2.x-dev] but the package is fixed to 3.3.1 (lock file version) by a partial update and that version does not match. Make sure you list it as an argument for the update command."

I'm please, that the Monolog library be updated to version 3.0 to resolve this issue. Thank you very much for your attention to this matter.

+1 we're unable to upgrade our code base to laravel 10 whilst this is locked to monolog 1/2
