General Introduction to reservoir computing

Reading the documentation, I found that a general introduction to reservoir computing seems to be missing or is not directly accessible from "Getting Started".

If not already done, I propose to write down this general introduction at the top of "Getting Started".

Target: dummies in reservoir computing and further more in deep learning

Content: very basic and requiring no heavy scientific background.

Agenda:

1 Machine Learning in short

2 Deep Learning

• basis of neural networks,
  
• recurrent neural networks,
  
• reservoir computing.
