This folder contains two scripts:
- Factorial.Rmd
- DataGeneratingMechanism.Rmd
Factorial.Rmd In this script the simulation scenarios are programmed and the number of scenarios is calculated.
DataGeneratingMechanism.Rmd This scripts shows our (unsuccesful) attempt to generate data under the scenarios described by the original authors.
A report of our attempt is sent to Anna Lohmann.
