Create a General Template

And can we please have a template for issues other than the bug report and security vulnerability... Like Feature-request or idea or any general template?

Personal Thoughts:

I’m not sure what would be the difference between a general template General template vs the blank template that GitHub offers.

Unless I’m mistaken, templates are only available in the web version of GitHub and are not usable in things like the GitHub CLI or the VS Code Extension.

We we create a template there is an added cost as you now have another thing to maintain/explain. I also wonder if there are some issues such as language barriers and an intimidation on new users filing a issue.

I don’t know what the answer is and would love some input from folks.
