Should there be logic to create a hard-coded location for the template?

It seems kinda convoluted but here is a scenario.

Best Practices for Themes

• Commonly used themes should be in the template_path root and are available in Last-in-First-out LIFO priority.
• templates that should be always accessible (to be used in like components) should be in a template folder that won't be overwritten (like python_package/_component.html)

Should there be a way to always access pages by suggesting they put their files in the base format and then add a copy of these files to the root.

How would this be done?

I think you could use a Prefix Loader that the PackageLoader is appended to that is added to the engine when site.render is called.

How would this affect theme developers

from render_engine.themes import theme

class MyTheme(theme):
    prefix: 'mytheme'
    loader: PackageLoader('mytheme', 'templates')
    ....

Everything else would remain the same.

How would this help users

from customtheme import MyTheme
from anothertheme import AnotherTheme

site = Site()

site.register_theme(MyTheme)
site.register_theme(AnotherTheme)

class AnotherThemePage(Page):
    template = "page.html" # This would be from 'anothertheme.templates/page.html' because LIFO
