How to use $ signs? #197

Hi Marek,
There are two styles of writing when using remult.
One is referred to as - ActiveRecord, in that case you update the existing
state of an object - when using this style, you can inherit from
`EntityBase` and then you'll have the $ sign.
For example:
task.$.title.displayValue
The other style, uses Immutable objects - in that case, the $ sign is less
applicable, but you can use the fields member of the repository to get a
similar result.
For example
const repo = remult.repo(Task)
repo.fields.title.displayValue(task)
Does that help?

Hi Marek, Happy to hear you are enjoying remult. Regarding the Lazy loading using the repo.fields, let me know how you progress with it, and maybe there's room to improve the support with remult. Regarding your questions:
