Why doesn't Single Fetch support type inference for Client Loaders/Actions?

As seen in the above code, since only LoaderFunctionArgs is used during type inference and ClientLoaderFunctionArgs is not used, the return type of a clientLoader with parameter of ClientLoaderFunctionArgs type is always never. (the same applies to clientAction)

If this is intentional, what is the reason behind it?
