Hi,

thank you for this nice resource, I have a problem which im not sure how to interpret, but everytime i run the pipeline i get slightly different results.
This is when i run the first time with the exact same data:

and this is after 2 days running the exact same script with the exact same data:

Is there some random seed that changes everytime or something?

This might be due indeed by the generation of random regions.
Could you please send us your exact code, as well as your input data ?
