Don't release the version >= 4.0.0

The content in Gemfile is

gem 'refinerycms-blog', ['~> 4.0', '>= 4.0.0']

but we can not install the special version

Could not find gem 'refinerycms-blog (>= 4.0.0, ~> 4.0)' in any of the gem

I need to change the Gemfile to

gem 'refinerycms-blog', git: 'https://github.com/refinery/refinerycms-blog.git', branch: master

for passing the bundle.

I think we dont't release the >=4.0.0. Can you handle it ?
