On Extension granted, comment is added that reservation has been extended, gives end date, finally, closes the extension ticket in jira (or moves to completed/done swimlane)

I think we'd foresee a separate repository like quads-tools that we can import as a library (and build as an RPM in COPR) where we'd move all the JIRA and other related tooling to live. More details to come. Let's keep this open as a solid RFE for the existing JIRA workflow automation tooling we already have.
