Daily Utilization Visual Data Element is Miscounted if hosts retired while in active cloud

This is caused by hosts being retired while they are in an active cloud, we will likely need to develop a check for this but in the meantime the --retire documentation has been updated to instruct users to first --shrink or terminate any active assignments prior.
In some situations we're seeing
Daily Utilization
used by the wiki page and visual summaries as showing the wrong number, sometimes > 100%.The text was updated successfully, but these errors were encountered:
