yaml is not validating correctly the config.yml file for github

Describe the bug

In the vscode using the extension and prettier for format yml files, the config.yml file gives me an error this error is for the way you structure an issue template

yes this is correct but in the github docs say you can make a config.yml file that has this configuration and the contact links also

in both cases, it gives an error

this should be allowed to do it since is something you can do in GitHub
