Wallet Fails To Close

Wallet failed to shut down. No error message. Typical shutdown/"do not close this window" message appeared but wallet didn't close. Waited several hours.

Upon re-opening wallet, had to sync again from the beginning.

When syncing caught up with the last previously downloaded block, syncing froze and stopped and did not proceed. Stuck on last previously downloaded block:

issue persists. can't get a clean shut down.

ok, a couple of things happening here.

• testnet block chain decided to break... investigating
• forcing the wallet to terminate could cause already downloaded blocks to rewind, and download again (appreciate you had waited a few hours already - normally, it should at worse be a couple of minutes)

• testnet was reset to the point where it stopped working, and most nodes appear operational - still investigating the cause

This issue might be related to the bug in current staking thread code that sometimes prevents wallet from closing.
The bug is supposed to be fixed by this PR: #56
