In Firefox (but not in Chrome), on Community (but not on other websites), middle-clicking a link to open it in a new tab results in it being blocked as a pop-up. Perhaps Community is doing something nonstandard in order to open those links that is triggering the pop-up blocker?

Bumping; bug still present and just as irritating, after two and a half years.

edit: apparently comments don't actually bump things on github? argh.
