New batch showing up as broadcast group before being generated on site

Future batches that have residents in them are showing up as broadcast groups on Community. This may be a bit confusing in the future, as this sometimes means we have a broadcast group for a batch that hasn't yet been generate_peopled on the site and does not contain Recursers. We noticed that currently the Summer 2, 2015 batch is an available broadcast group; Dave looked in to this and found that resident Jonathan Edwards is its only member.
