Add category for dao proposals #195

The gnosis DAO setup docs propose using a category called "DAO proposal".
https://github.com/gnosis/dao-module/blob/main/docs/setup_guide.md#setup-the-realitio-template

This seems like a sensible choice of category, we should add that to our UI.

Also consider restoring the category filter UI so you can get a list of just DAO proposals.
