Make a way to filter claimable funds based on gas price

If you have the right to claim very low rewards or bonds, it may cost you more in gas to claim the funds than you get in return. Currently this is just summed in the claimable amount, and included in any claim transaction you make.

See if we can think of a nice way to exclude what's shown by the claim button.
