rfpipe makes a multiple plots if candidate appears in multiple chunks (CPU relevant) #18

The memory use of the CPU-based imaging algorithm had a concept of "chunks". There is no process for merging candidates between chunks, so a single segment may have many candidates if it has many chunks. Ideally, they are merged so that there is only one (maximum SNR) candidate with a png per segment.
