Read The Docs panel in the menu on left bottom side does not open in Google Chrome and FireFox

Expected Result

The panel should open when clicking.

Actual Result

The panel does not open in Google Chrome (checked on Windows 7) and FireFox (checked on Ubuntu 16.04). The good news is that it opens in IE on Windows 7 :)
The issue happened in last 2 days. Previously everything regarding this panel was working fine.

This is probably going to be a be a theme issue if there is an issue. Just tested on chrome-os 63.0.3239.140 and had no issues. Can you give your build number for your browser?

I do not see this issue anymore under https://esp-idf.readthedocs.io/en/latest/
The issue still persists under https://espressif-docs.readthedocs-hosted.com/projects/esp-idf/en/latest/

I see that now on my end too. I have not looked to see exactly what the issue is.
