'npm run reactide-server' fails as reactide-server script does not exist. #195

Running .AppImage on Debian 10.

Created new project.

Reactide.config.js is empty, so can't configure reactide-server.

No mention of 'reactide-server' in package.json and thus 'npm run reactide-server' command fails with
npm ERR! missing script: reactide-server
