react-dnd does not work on chrome android even with touch backend #3600

drag n drop does not work on android with this library, only on desktop. If you try to drag an item in the list example of dnd on android, it will disappear but then not drag and the page will instead scroll down.

@55Cancri can you post an example of your code?, I made a feature and works in chrome and my phone.
