Unable to create React App with node 20 and yarn 4 #234

Description

The yarn create command is not working with node v20.11.1 and yarn 4.1.1

Steps to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

run yarn create react-app --template cra-template-rb frontend

the output is:
