En plus de conserver chaque fichier trouvé par l'agent, conserver également l'état envoyé / non envoyé, afin d'envoyer les certificats trouvés à la prochaine commande scansend.

Exemple: trouve 10 fichiers avec certs via commande scan : les fichiers sont ajoutés à la db locale, 'non envoyés'
puis execution de scansend : les fichiers non envoyés sont envoyés
