Contribution Guidelines

Please note that this project is released with a Contributor Code of Conduct. By participating in this project you agree to abide by its terms.

Ensure your pull request adheres to the following guidelines:

  • Add the link: - [Project-name](http://example.com/) - A short description ends with a period.
    • Keep descriptions concise, maximum number of characters is 350.
    • Every project name has to start with a capital letter.
  • Make sure the software project is open source or it can be accessed by everyone. If the resource is a book then I believe sometimes it is OK for that to be behind a paywall.
  • When adding new things to the various categories, please ensure that alphabetization (ex. CSCE 48 should be listed after CS 240) is maintained. This makes it easier for viewers to find what they are looking for.
  • The pull request should have a useful title and explanation why it should be included.

Thank you for your suggestions!

Updating your PR

A lot of times, making a PR adhere to the standards above can be difficult. If the maintainers notice anything that we'd like changed, we'll ask you to edit your PR before we merge it. There's no need to open a new PR, just edit the existing one. If you're not sure how to do that, here is a guide on the different ways you can update your PR so that we can merge it.
