[Craft] Dark theme not covering the new mobile elements

This is also the case with the light theme but there it's quite fine.
With dark, the buttons, quick capture and graph list are in stock theme.

I've seen this, but currently have no idea how to fix it. The app is way harder to inspect than the website.
