I will try to get an approximate font for the Data Disc display from this video. I will post screenshots and make notes here.

Here's an interesting detail. A regular upper-case A, a double-height A from HOT, and the large A from the line editor help screen. The last one looks different; maybe it's a special font or graphics?

Answer: There is a special program [BH,DEC]LINE to display the help screen.

For reference, this is what the manual says. Obviously the SAIL Data Disc had lower-case characters and the extended ASCII set. Descenders in the screen shots look like they are one or two pixels, so the character matrix would be 5x8 or 5x9.
