NotCPUCores does not respect Windows scaling option when it is set to 125% #108

I think here screenshots will speak for itself
100%

125% Window has same size but text is larger

150% seems to scale everything fine

200% really blurry but the scaling is fine, I think at this point the window is taller than my vm window

I also tested 300% and 400% and they were fine. Actually the window breaks at that point. Probably due to screen not being big enough. By "fine" I meant that the text is scaled properly.

The only scale that causes this problem is therefore 125%

I think this will need retest on latest Windows 10 but I don't have any VM with that OS.
