"Noida Commercial Co-operative Bank" --> IFSC Code INDB0NCCB00. Both bank Name and Branch Name field has typo in the word bank.
Junk character cleanup. Open the ifsc.csv file in notepad++ and enable to view all the characters. Go to line 73186 onwards you will see "├╜" junk character in multiple rows. Example https://ifsc.razorpay.com/INDB0001701.

Seems the source data from RBI "https://rbidocs.rbi.org.in/rdocs/content/docs/68774.xlsx" itself contains those junk characters. Excel row 73186 onwards.

Lots of typos in csv. KACE0000001 not in Maharastra.
