Could you include Pratham Bank IFSC codes.

Eg: PRTH0022209, PRTH0016309 etc.

Hi @jayanthchandra , @captn3m0 . I would like to work on this one. My understanding hereis I just need to add the respective details in the banks.json. If I am correct and if you provide the rest of details of the bank then I would add it.
if I am wrong then please suggest some idea.
