adding pseudo elements

Blade doesn't support any way of adding pseudo elements, which are of a very common use case.
At many places in our designs we have some use cases where these are preffered. for example use of ::after in the following small box

There are many such examples where pseudo elements especially after and before are very helpful.

@snitin315 not the icon component but the curve shape you see. That part we add an after pseudo element and place it there. There are many such cases for example adding a badge new in some cards e.t.c.
