Maybe some hint text below the dropdown saying "you will only be able to join one"?

I second this. Best case scenario Slack will create a multiple-channel guest account. My dreams would come true!

Slack did create multi-channel guest accounts now! Opening an issue for supporting this at #390. Thanks!
