how to handle this kind of situation,

is taken from rasterio github
?

also try using source that is taken from rasterio github got the same result

Hi @sugizo, Rasterio uses GDAL to read and write raster data. Make sure GDAL is installed correctly and can read TIFF files.

I didn't check how you were downloading it.

It the error persists, try installing gdal like this:

!apt install gdal-bin python-gdal python3-gdal

And run again rasterio.
