newline issue when pasting multi-line text

platform: windows 11

When I try to paste multi-line text into rio terminal, it adds abnormal newline no matter with eol lf/ctlf.
example:
original text

select *
from table
limit 1;

text pasted in rio:

select *

from table

limit 1;
