I created a basic ring, defined it as a custom geometry, and when applied to the wall, it became deformed and offset, sometimes failing to create a model. I use the latest version of the plugin, and I reported this issue a few years ago.

Thanks for posting, although a torus is not the kind of shape I would expect to be used with the tool

感谢您的发布,尽管圆环不是我期望与该工具一起使用的那种形状

My intention was to use custom Windows, which had an unexpected effect, so I tried blender Basic Geometry and found it to be equally problematic

Here is and example of the expected workflow with the custom geometry tool

You need to make sure the window or custom geometry you are adding has a rectangular border with 4 vertices that will then be connected to the hole made on a face

I made the window and ensured that there were 4 points on the periphery, but it eventually caused an offset, and changing the number of parameters in the bottom left corner did not work. Is the plugin I am using the latest version, Blender 4.1 and Windows 11, related to the software runtime environment.
